Sharing reliable and relevant information, the C2P2 reaches diverse audiences including the public, businesses, researchers, schools, environmental groups and all levels of government. The C2P2 is the only organization in Canada dedicated to responding to pollution prevention information requests through a toll-free telephone number and E-mail.

Canada's P2 Resource Centre
The C2P2 uses its resource centre of journal articles, case studies, fact sheets and manuals, as well as the expertise of its staff to respond to questions about emerging technologies, alternatives to toxic substances and pollution prevention solutions. Despite the evolution of the Internet as an effective mechanism for information transfer, hard copy remains the preferred format for many of C2P2's clients.
