The C2P2 offers comprehensive conference organization, including workshop planning, speaker liaison, marketing, document preparation, work group facilitation, evaluation and compilation of proceedings. The C2P2's skills and versatility have been demonstrated to clients and members, by planning and facilitating conferences for diverse audiences.
Canadian Pollution Prevention Roundtable
Now in its 10th year, the Canadian Pollution Prevention Roundtable brings together the strongest pool of Canadian pollution prevention expertise. The C2P2, responsible for launching the concept, continues to organize and host the event.
CCME P2 Awards Program
C2P2 will administer, coordinate and seek financial support for the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment Pollution Prevention Awards Program for the 9th Annual Awards to be presented in Spring 2006.
International Pollution Prevention Summit
Canada was host to the first-ever International Pollution Prevention Summit in October 2000. The C2P2 and the National Office of Pollution Prevention, Environment Canada, co-ordinated the Summit with guidance from an international steering committee. Over 250 representatives from pollution prevention roundtables and cleaner production networks in 60 countries met to share information, create new partnerships and alliances and develop plans for real action on pollution prevention.
